Green Silo Saison
Saison / Farmhouse Ale: 14 oz glass
Enjoy all the fun easy drinking traits of a saison, with delicate notes of dark chocolate derived from the malts. A rich ester profile contributes flavors and aromas of bananas, dark cherries, and red apple. Two different rye malts, along with phenols from the yeast, add a light spicy nose with hints of grains of paradise. Medium body with a silky mouthfeel.
Irish Red Ale: 16 oz glass
Irish Ale, Boulevards spring seasonal beer, is our Midwestern tribute to the legendary red ales of old Ireland. Our recipe combines six kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor.

With an infusion of local roast coffee, a dash of cocoa nibs and touch of seasonal sorcery, our signature Velvet Merlin milk stout has been transformed into Mocha Merlin for fall and winter enjoyment.
Sour Ale: 10 oz glass
When we first introduced Friek in 2010, we set out to create a unique blend of framboise (raspberry sour ale) and traditional lambic kriek (cherry sour ale). Each year, multiple generations of kriek ale age patiently in oak barrels, some dating back ten years in our cellar. Fresh Colorado-grown raspberries are then added to the wild fermented brew just prior to the final blending, creating a subtle sweetness to balance the tart cherry flavors with an effervescent, dry finish.

East Coast Transplant

This seasonal beer is brewed in the DIY spirit along with our friends from Venture Snowboards. We brew Euphoria with them, and they make a Euphoria snowboard with us. We call it a Ska/Venture venture. Both make winter better, and both are hand-crafted in the mighty San Juans.

Brewed using 40% soft wheat, Blanche de Bruxelles has a naturally opalescent colour with a very white, dense head.
