Light Lager: 16 oz glass
As the days get warmer we bring you Hola Maria, a sunny, golden colored, Mexican-style ale. She’s easy-going, bright, refreshing and oh so smooth – just like our own Maria! Hola Maria is brewed with malted wheat for a soft mouthfeel and left slightly unfiltered for full flavor in a light crisp ale.
American IPA: 14 oz glass
Light caramel notes from Specialty malts provide just enough backbone to the pleasantly bitter grapefruit hop presence, with late addition hops lending more citrus and subtle pine to the nose.
Grand Teton Brewing
ESB: 16 oz glass
Bitch Creek perfectly balances big malt sweetness and robust hop flavor for a full bodied, satisfying mahogany ale. Like the stream for which it is named, our Bitch Creek ESB is full of character… not for the timid.
Coconut Oil Man
American Dbl./Imp. Stout: 10 oz glass
Much like the “sweet light crude oil” from the eastern plains of Colorado this beer pours a deep black with a tantalizing off-white head.
German Pilsener: 16 oz glass
A brilliant, refreshing lager; hand crafted using traditional method & ingredients. A zesty, German style pilsner with a dry, crisp finish.
American Double/Imp. IPA: 10 oz glass
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire.
Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.
Colorado Cider Company
Cider: 14 oz glass
Made with bittersweet apples, Ol’ Stumpy has a silky mouth feel, aromas of earth, and oak and a touch of tannins.
Bibles for Belgians
Flanders Red Ale: 10 oz glass
A Belgian-style sour read ale that was oak aged for over three years with our own mix of brettanomyces and microflora that give it a fruity and very tart taste This beer’s flavor is stone fruit forward with hints of cherry.
Witbier: 16 oz glass
This Ale is our take on a classic Belgian Wit. To make this Wit unique, we add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country.
Perrin Brewing Company
Schwarzbier: 16 oz glass
The Black Ale is low in gravity, clean, crisp, and flavor-filled; giving off a bread-like aroma. This beer proves that deep colors do not signify rich potency. Our Black Ale is deceptively light on the tongue.
Specialty Bottled/Can Beers
Cider: 12oz Bottle
Made with dessert & bittersweet cider apples.
American Double/Imp. IPA: 12oz Can
The great Citradamus predicts this IIPA will be one of your favorites. Citradamus is Melvin’s world class IIPA brewed with 100% Citra hops, pristine mountain water and northwest malt. Flavors of citrus (duh), pine and total dankness. Dry hopped with ludicrous amounts of Citra for that classic hoppiness that Melvin has become known for.

Sour Ale: 22oz Bottle
It started as chance, a sandwich shop encounter between a band and a fan. It ended as the Clutch Collaboration. This pleasing, two-part potion was brewed with chocolate and black malts for a rich and roasty overtone, then fused with a dry, substratum of sour for a bold and audacious flavor. Black as night, this beer is blended at 70% stout, 30% dark sour wood beer for a collaboration that begins with a sour edge and finishes with a big, dark malt character, lingering, sweet on your palate.
The two flavors come as raucous and riotous as the Maryland band and their Fort Collins fans, getting loud and making beer, together.
American Dbl./Imp. Stout: 12oz Bottle
A huge malt body is matched to a heady blend of chocolate, dark fruits, and other aromas.
Belgian Dark Ale: 12oz Bottle
American Pale Ale: 12oz Bottle
Gluten removed pale ale
Blanche De Bruxelles
Witbier: 11.2oz (330ml) Bottle
Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the large percentage (40 %) of wheat that goes into its composition. The natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added during the brewing process. The brewing method, which includes infusion, is very slow. The beer, which is not filtered, is bottled and re-fermented with yeast and brewing sugar. You need only take a sip of this delicious drink to appreciate the fresh and mellow flavor with its hint of orange.
Light Lager: 16oz Can
A deliciously refreshing golden ale, at 4.8% ABV, brewed with the finest malts and hops giving a sweet, crisp citrus finish with just a hint of honey.
American Strong Ale: 22oz Bottle

Dale’s Pale Ale
American Pale Ale: 12oz Can
Oskar Blues launched its canning ops in 2002, brewing and hand-canning Dale’s Pale Ale in the Lyons, ColoRADo, brewpub. America’s first-craft-canned mountain Pale is a hearty, critically acclaimed trailblazer that changed the way craft beer fiends perceive portable beer (6.5 percent ABV and 65 IBUs)
Foreign / Export Stout: 16oz Can
A meal in a glass. Brewed with 7 different malts, you should be ready for a full onslaught of creamy stout intensity. Broadly in the style of a Foreign Extra Stout, this is our heaviest and most intense year-round offering.
American Dbl./Imp. Stout: 12oz Can
The tradition of this beer goes back to post-Halloween 2011 when Brian bought some discounted candy. He decided to throw a bunch of peanut butter cups into a small batch of milk stout to see what would happen. The beer was such a hit, he decided to brew a full batch for NEW YEAR’S EVE. That’s right folks every year this coveted brew is released on DECEMBER 31! Depravity (formerly Black Gold) has been a tradition every since. Each keg has 1 lb of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and 1 lb of dehydrated peanut butter.
