A Long Way From the Bayou, But Right at Home
Front Range Barbeque was born out of a simple love for two things: the rugged beauty of Colorado and the unmistakable, soul-warming flavors of the South. We realized that while the mountains had plenty to offer, they were missing the deep, slow-smoked comfort of authentic barbecue and the rich, spice-driven warmth of true Cajun cooking. So, we decided to build it ourselves right here at the base of Pikes Peak. We didn't want to just open a restaurant; we wanted to create a gathering place. A spot where friends, families, and weary hikers could pull up a chair, smell the oak wood burning, and feel like they just walked into a Southern backyard cookout.
